I like cane sugar, maple syrup, & agave nectar.
idk if this is vegan, but i use splenda because there is no aspartame like sweet n low, but it has leess calories than sugar
White Sugar.
Raw agave nectar.
To previous posters: Honey isn't vegan.
If you're interested in Splenda; it is heat resistant unlike equal or sweet-n-low, so it's good for baking- and watching weight , even though it's non-natural in it's final state .
Molasses and Raw sugar (my fave!) are vegan consumable products. Although it undergoes some refining, it's not bleached with animal bone charcoal like some sugars.
Honey tastes great, but it is controversial among vegan groups because it is produced by bees (they are continuously killed in the process of harvesting by accident), and just because it's from nature, it doesn't mean it's good for you.
Molasses - MMMM I love the taste (though everyone seems to think I'm weird for it)
Or maple syrup, in small doses.
I'll admit, ashamedly, that I too use Splenda...
Stevia (in drinks like tea)
Agave Nectar & Maple Syrup in my baking.
Rarely I use local raw honey but that is not Vegan.
Slainté (to your health)
Honey
honey, homemade jelly and jam, corn syrup,
