What is someone called when they don't eat eggs, meat, or dairy, but still consume whey through by products?!
Opposing the cruelties of factory farming isn't an all-or-nothing proposition. By reducing the dairy and eggs in your diet, you're already doing so much to prevent farmed animals from suffering. Going vegan is a very gradual process for many people. So feel free to do whatever feels right for you, whether that means maintaining your current diet, gradually transitioning to a vegan diet, or taking another approach. Good luck!
Answers: I don't think there's a special name to describe your diet; it would be considered vegetarian. If you wanted to be specific, you could tell people that you have a "vegan-ish" or "mostly vegan" diet.
