How to make a vegan sausage curry casserole?, in oven or stovetop, how do i make it, what do i put in it?!

Question: i brought these sanitarium vegie curry sausages

i wanna make like a curried sausages dish, but i dont have a seasoning sachet [my easy way out]

would i fry the onion and sausages and add in vegies and curry and cook it in a saucepan , or should i just throw everything in a casserole dish in the oven?


ive never made this before and i wanna impress my husband cos hes sick of legumes and pasta, lol

and any ideas of what to put in this casserole would b great xxxxxxxxx

ewwww, sounds gross .. hehehe

Just fry up the onion and vegies, add the sausages, curry powder and some veggie stock then let it simmer for while. Thats what I would do to cook it, but I wouldnt eat it :P

I was totally thinking about curried vegie sausages today!Yumm!

My mum makes it and she uses pre-cooked sausages, then puts it all in a casserole dish and into the oven.

But it'd work either way! :)
