Gosh, some people are stuck up about the whole vegetarian lifestyle/diet... Its your body & you get to make the choices!

Just drink the milk! you need it for healthy nails, teeth and bones.

It's butterfat -not the same kind that's actually IN the animal. The stuff that makes ice cream creamy and butter...well...buttery.

The fat in milk is saturated fat, and is by definition animal fat.

pshhhhh its not cow fat
i love milk and my vegitarian friend drinks milk
you dont kill the cow by getting milk do you? nope

I am just so astonished....that...words just can't describe how...
utterly....stupid you must be. should there be a label on eggs that says "contains animal protein"
Also if you are that much of a "strict" vegetarian why are you using milk products anyway?
Do some of you people actually think of questions like this yourself or is there someone standing behind you laughing at you silently as you type the question and hit send.

In the words of Carlos Mencia Dee Dee Dee

No. You know, for people being vegetarian, you'd think they'd know more about what they're practicing.
