Answers: If cows milk comes from the cow then technically the fat in the milk would be considered animal fat.??

Just drink the milk! you need it for healthy nails, teeth and bones.
It's butterfat -not the same kind that's actually IN the animal. The stuff that makes ice cream creamy and butter...well...buttery.
The fat in milk is saturated fat, and is by definition animal fat.
