Question: which means i dont eat meat or poultry but eat eggs and drink milk.
my family is VERY MUCH MEAT EATERS since we're polish. best way to avoid temptation?

At the risk of posting an unpopular answer, maybe you aren't ready yet. Try to give up meat a few days per week first or give up certain meats altogether. Then when that becomes the norm, take another step.

im vegan and its hard for me to stay on track to. go to www.meetyourmeat.com i watch that video every time i get a temtation it usually helps also dont put your self in tempting situations. if you know you going ot a friend or familys house that is eating dinner dont go or go to another room. It will be hard at first but you will get used to it and then you wont be tempted any more.

Vegetarianism is a choice. If you don't feel you're able to do it, then don't. If you feel strongly enough about it, then you don't eat it. If you don't, it can be tough. There's really nothing anyone can tell you or do. It has to be your own willpower and choice.

I agree with Vote me for President, if you are having problems just take it slow by not cutting out all meat at first. Good luck.
