how to become a vegetarian its simple; just dont eat fish or meat and dont eat any product that contains gelatin or rennet as rthey are a part of a cows stomach and the insides of a calfe, ewwww gross!!!!!! you can eat eggs and dairy if you want to :-)

also visit here and read the page, its 101 reasons to go vegetarian;

thank god for people like you :)

Don't eat meat or anything containing meat by products.

Keep in mind Gelatin is not veggie friendly, so jujubes, marshmallows, gummy bears, wine gums even skittles are a no no.

Also many cheeses contain rennin which is also a meat by product. You have to avoid those too.

You just don't eat meat....You tell everybody yo are a vegetarian and stick to it, it's not hard/complicated, get all your nutrients and you'll do great.

Meat tastes soooo good. Someone will eat it if you don't. Enjoy it. Vegetables have feelings too.

I think it's great that so many people are going veggie lately...even though I never could. But if you've grown up around meat then this will be a completely new experience...and it doesn't necessarily mean that all you can eat is carrot sticks.

You should start off with trying veggie burgers...I've had them and they aren't bad! Tofu as well.

But, the huge thing is that some people who go vegetarian forget that meat had once given them the protein they needed. Make sure that just because you won't eat meat anymore doesn't mean you will lose out on protein. Whether it's peanut butter, nuts, or maybe even a protein shake, you can get the benefits of meat without harming animals! Good luck!

It's pretty easy; remove meat from your diet. Check with a nutritionist if you're concerned you won't be eating healthy.

Some people go veg overnight and some people take a few weeks or months to slowly transition, so choose an approach that you think will work best for you. To have a healthy diet, simply eat enough calories for your body weight (e.g., don't live on just salad) and include a variety of fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and grains. See http://www.vegcooking.com/guide-favs.asp for a list of popular faux meat products that you can use in your favorite meals and recipes.
