Help? Is bubble tea vegan or vegetarian?!

Question: The bubbles are traditionally made of yam starch, which would be vegan. The tea itself can be milk based, or non-milk based, so if you were to order a non-milk based tea it would be vegan.

Bubble tea is vegetarian: it contains milk, so vegans can't drink it.
