Mmmm, Sunday feasts!

Well I like veggie sausages, so tend to fry some together with halved tomatoes and potato cakes/hash browns. Then in another pan, baked beans with black pepper, tyme, oregano and perhaps a bit of chili sauce and/or gralic. Pour this over some toast with vegan margarine or olive oil, on with the sausages, tomatoes and potato cakes and start feasting!

Or, if I'm in the mood for something sweet, pankakes with golden syrup, grated chocolate and vegan ice cream! Yummy!

(Just to clarify - I wouldn't eat this every day! Normally I just have cereal or fruit and some toast - otherwise I'd be as big as a house!)

fruit plate

Well vegetarians don't eat meat, eggs, nothing thats from an animal soooo hmmm.....A nice bowl of fruit, waffles, fried potatoes with or without peppers. And a nice big glass of orange juice!! That should do it. Oh and don't forget your bagel!!

Have some fruit, oatmeal, cereal and milk or soymilk, omelettes, yogurt, toast with butter or peanut butter or cream cheese....

My favorite weekend breakfast is scrambled tofu ( http://www.theppk.com/recipes/dbrecipes/... ) with hashbrowns or home fries and some fruit. Scrambled tofu fills me up and keep me full until well past lunch time and it's delicious, especially topped with salsa.

a tall glass of fresh carrot juice,- homemade
two blue berry pancakes, with soy cream, - (soy whipped cream is tastes better then the real whipped cream)
half a mango,
a tiny amount of dark cho. - i love dark cho, regardless of the time of the day!

bread with vegetable salads with dressings
fruit bowl with ice cream and toppings
Dry fruits like almonds, dates etc
Orange juice, grapefruit juice and mixed fruit jice

Hot cereal, toast and fresh fruit or juice. You said vegetarian not vegan so I assume you still eat eggs and dairy...so an omelet with cheese and vegetables, hash browns and toast. Pancakes with fruit topping and a side of vegetarian bacon.

Well, I just made pancakes with milk substituted for vanilla soy milk, and the obvious veggie sausage links and a lovely fruit salad and a glass of water

Fry some potatoes and tofu chunks, with or without onions and peppers, add some garlic powder, spoon into tortillas or top some toast or a bagel, add some veggie cheese and some salsa - yum! Add a smoothie made with your favorite fruit and soymilk and it's both a tasty and filling breakfast.

Assuming milk/dairy or eggs are okay..
scrambled eggs or omelets, plain of with mushrooms, tomatoes onions etc etc
Pizza bread with toast bread or toasted bagel topped with cheese and tomatoes/basil and drizzled with olive oil
Mixed fresh fruit plate
Oat meal/cream of wheat with fruit
let your imagination run free..
omit omelets and the dairy if not okay with you...

There is a myriad of vegetarian Indian recipes that are absolutely delicious. It's what I have for breakfast, but the spice may be a bit much for others, especially in the morning.

Scrambled tofu with tempeh bacon (from vegan with a vengeance) is a must for me....feel free to add beans, tomatoes, potatoes, mushrooms etc to the above!

I usually begin with a bowl of fruit salad. I then have something a little more filling. This Sunday I started with fruit and then had whole wheat pancakes. I drank a cup of tea, and a glass of orange juice.

Sunday is great because I actually have time to make breakfast instead of grabbing something quick like oatmeal, etc.

What kind of vegetarian are you? I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian, like, I believe, the vast majority of vegetarians.

For a Sunday morning breakfast I often have a nice egg fried in canola, potatoes with herbs, and grilled tomatoes. Not particularly vegetarian, but I love it.

I like hash browns, eggs, and some toast will jelly,or with pancakes!
