I think that if you divide your weight into 3, that is about how much protein you should be getting, being vegan, I think more about iron and b12...but really, I hardly worry about it and this is why...
I find staples for my diet like hummus, lots of iron and protein, and it has some lemon juice in it so it helps your body to absorb protein....I eat hummus everyday.
Quinoa, a full protein, I eat it with lunch everyday (we have a kitchen at work so I bring in a container and leave it in the fridge).
Rice milk, 1 cup has 50% of your daily requirement for b12, and I eat cereal everyday (I add raisins and dried fruit).
So those 3 three things pretty much make me a carefree vegan :)
