Answers: so first of all......i dont rlly like meat...i like chicken..and uhh thats all i can think of . and i never drink milk..cheese occasiaonly....ice cream all the time but i can cut back.....egss barely.

heres what you do:
buyh a cook book called veganomicon, its great, very easy to follow.
start to cook vegan foods and get your self familiar with the foods you like the most
find cheapm alternative for the foods you like, I love icecream too, so i found soy icecream, there are many kinda you have to find the one you like
work out what you need exactly, like work out how many grams of protein you need, how much vitimin a,b,c, d you need
gradually take out the chiken - and all animal meats, so your body gets used to the new and getter change, then stop the cheese.
Hint: - if you are having a bad day, do not fall of the wagon. remember there will be har ditmes and mistakes, but the goal is to never give in to eating meat!

Well, try to eat petite mixed vegetables, tastes really good. Stir fry is good also. Veggie Pizza might cut it too. Beans, would help the most(probably).
As a vegan myself I think you are making the right choice.I have never eaten meat or fish in my life (my parents were veggies) and only became a vegan when I moved to England after having tasted how awful your eggs milk and cheese tasted.
But you have to be careful because lots of food products contain meat ,tablets can contain gelatine (which is a meat product) check you soap,hair shampoo,toothpaste, and when shopping for food only buy food that is marked for vegans
,and lastly good luck and welcome to the world of non meat or fish products you will be a healthier and live a lot longer as well.

u could be an lacta veg then u can eat ice cream drink milk eat chees or lact ovo veg were u eat eggs and dairy products
try to become VEGETARIAN before you go VEGAN.
