How come animal activist recommend Soy protein for body building.. but not recommended from meat eaters?!
Answers: Because animal activists care more about protecting dumb ugly cows than promoting your health. Soy protein contains huge quantities of phytoestrogens; and is not a high quality protein to begin with. It's not bad as one component of a complete diet, but is a bad choice as a sole or primary protein source. That, and too much soy protein gives you man boobs.
Because meat is a better source of protein and soy is only a substitute. Soy is also very high in sodium.
Because meat eaters will recommend what they think is the best source, which is meat and non meat eaters will recommend something else which they think is best, in your case soy protein. Who decides which is really best? No one outside of those who actually use either. What may work for one will not necessarily work for the other. Even the workout and exercise routine of bodybuilders differs from individual to individual.
Soy protein is seen as a decent substitute if you don't like eating meat, but it's hardly necessary if you're an avid meat-eater.
If you already eat meat then you may just want to stick with that unless you just want to try something different for the sake of diversity.
its generally because while soy is still an ecellenet source of protein its more efficient in its natural form such as meat...look at it this way..u cud drink tap water or make your own, people wud argue for both its just what ever u feel comfortable consuming, so if you eat meat stick with your normal protein...but im not saying soy isnt good im sure it is.
