1. Can I eat chocolate?
2. What are some basic meals and dinners you like to eat besides veggie dogs and burgers?
3. Any products other than meat to avoid?
4. Do you take daily supplements?
5. What have your friends thought of you?
6. Do you get tired of being a veggie?
7. What do you do at restaraunts?

Thanks soo much!

1. Yep, eat all the chocolate you want. If you become a vegan, however, you must eat no dairy products, (chocolate).
2. Beans, beans, beans. There are plenty of things, tofu, stir fry, soup, tamales, chili renos, squash, eggplant (yummm)...
3. Watch out for energy bars, lots of times they will have fish in them, I know... weird. Also, nothing gummy, gummy=cow hooves.
4. I used to, but if you eat enough beans, then you don't have to.
5. My friends support me, they all tried going veggie after I did, but none of them could make it, they rely on me to help them save animals. They admire my skills.
6. Well, I have been one for near 5 years, and the bean soups get pretty boring, but after a while, it becomes habit, and you forget meat, like it never existed, it's kind of cool, like I don't even have to think about not eating it, I just don't. That probably happens at the 2 year mark.
7. There are almost always veggie options. Soup, salad, pasta, veggie burgers, promise, there will be something!
Good luck, but remember, some vegetarians are hypocritical... as in they eat soy (tofu) grown in the rainforest, where trees have had to be chopped down, and a lot of the special food us veggies eat have to be transported by plane from far away, (contributing to global warming), so try to buy veggie AND local.

1. Can I eat chocolate? yes
2. What are some basic meals and dinners you like to eat besides veggie dogs and burgers? (soup no meat)

6. Do you get tired of being a veggie? no
7. What do you do at restaraunts? order things w/ no meat

1. You "can" eat anything you want. Vegetarians CHOOSE not to eat animals, and some choose not to eat animal products. Only YOU can decide what you're okay with eating. THEN pick an appropriate label, not the other way around. If you're okay with eating dairy, then milk chocolate will be fine with you. If you're NOT, then you'll find dark chocolate without any animal products in it.

3. Do your research. Meat, tallow, lard, (animal) rennet, gelatin, shellac, carmine, cochineal, etc.
4. Not necessary if you're eating well, but you can.
5. Who cares? It's my choice, not theirs. If they have an issue, they aren't my friends.
6. No. It's a choice. If I didn't want to do it I wouldn't.
