Is the burher king veggie burger really a veggie burger or just labeled a veggie burger?!
Answers: ok so when i go to burger king i usually get fries onon rings mozarella stick or grilled cheese. i don't eat there much i perfet subway or a pizza joint. well anyway i have been wondering for some quit time now rather the veggie burger there is really a meatless veggie burger or if it's a regular burger just labeled veggie burger to get more money? i want to try it that's why i'm asking. also is it even any good?
It's all good about the spelling business. We all make mistakes. Anyways, I've been to burger king so many times it's not funny.
There' veggie burgers are not real meat, there really vegetarian.
Very good also.
You should try it.
Hope it helps. ;-)
Go to the Burger King web site, it tells you what each item they sell is, contains, and the calories in it.
You also spelled "just" wrong too...:D
You can ask them and I'm sure they will give you the right answer. I don't think they can label something as vegetarian then not make it one. Trust me , they make enough money selling their regular stuff that they don't need to risk a lawsuit because of false advertising or cheating. But you can certainly ask them.
yes ,definitely I'm a vegetarian and the veggie burgers are lovely ,much nicer than mac Donald's
The veggie burgers are great. They are not cooked where the meat is cooked, they're not even those fake meat burgers. They are the type that is made up of chopped vegetables, almost like a spicy bean burger.
I'm sure there's some meat in it.
They are pure vegetarian burgers! I can vouch for them!
I have been a vegetarian frm birth and i can smell the difference even if there's a little amt of meat.
moreover, they use veggie patties frm morningstar farms.. i dont know abt now but earlier they used to openly advertise that they use that brand of veggie patties in their burgers.
Also i buy the same brand of veggie burgers for use at home and they r marvellous!
Burger King veggie burgers are actually veggie burgers...usually on the menu it will state that they are the MorningStar Farms brand.
You can find the exact same thing in your grocer's freezer section if you'd like to try it first...they serve the type that has carrot, potato and mushroom chunks in it.
If you're worried about cross-contamination, the crews where I order mine always cook them in the microwave. You can always ask when you order.
Like you - I prefer Subway for "fast food", but every now and then, when my friends are going to BK, it's nice to have an option.
+peace love & light+
fda regulates that type of thing..it is a veggie burger and contains NO meat
the veggie burger from burger king is vegetarian
it contains no traces of meat
BUT.. it's cooked in the same oil and the same fat as meat burgers are
it is meatless, but may contain eggs and/or cheese..
They would get sued for calling it "BK veggie" and it really being meat.. some vegetarian would sue them..
So, try it.. it's yummy!! I belive it's the same patty as Mornignstar Farms Gardenburger.. made of ground potato and other veggies
not a shred of meat in it..
