It's good news.

I think this might answer what you're trying to get at:

Ummmmm, zero? I wouldn't think that a predominantly muslim country would have pig farms.

If it is zero, it's great news for pigs. If it's one to three that's bad.

Am I understanding this right?

OMG, I have 4 in my town, one on each side! American tho!

Turkey is a predominately Muslim country - so why would they want pig farms?

I don't understand the question.. but the pigs that are not in turkey are being slaughter in America.. so i guess bad...

EDIT: i didn't understand the question because i didn;t understand what you wanted from it.. Alright turkey has no pigs.. soooo.... Like i said good news for the pigs.. but bad for them in the same aspect because there is still a demand for pigs.. so it didn't end anything just moved it to another place...

EDIT number 2!: Read the full answer if your going to comment.. i never said it was a good thing.. i said it was good for those pigs HOWEVER, it just moved pig farming to a nother location.. it's not like it totally stopped all slaughter of pigs!

bad for the sheep that were brought in to replace the pigs...

I havent thought that they have a pig farm at all, because its not allowed to muslims to eat pig. I dont think its bad, but they schould leave the possibility to eat that for the people that are not muslims, right of free choice...
