What can I bring to school for lunch? (Vegetarian) Read details!?!
Answers: I cant bring peanut butter because a teacher is severely allergic to it. I need it to last for like 4 hours in my locker. I dont have no fancy smancy stuff like tahini and hummus and avocado. (I dont live in a very veg-friendly place, clearly).. I have no ideas!!
A baked potato with the fillings you like.
Leftover cold pasta. Try penne pasta with oil, cut-up tomatos and cheese.
A container of baked beans with some bread to go with.
I don't know if you can get this, but a large cooked portabello mushroom cap tastes very filling and meaty.
Hard-boiled eggs. Bring a packet of mustard or something else you like to give them a bit of taste.
A plastic bag of nuts and some fruit will give you a decent hit of energy during the day, if all else fails.
Leftover cheese pizza?
well a vegitarian treat/lunch i find quite tasty is a sandwich with lettuce/ veggies on it and crutons or crackers. i usually put mustard on it too . it realy is pretty good

i know you don't live in a veg friendly area but u can probably still find vegetarian food in your grocery store. i personally really like the fake deli meats. they come in ham, pepperoni, turkey, and many more. if not you can just make a veggie wrap w/ lettuce, tomatoe, etc. peta has a lot of good recipes on their website. good luck.
http://www.veganlunchbox.com/- they have loads of ideas!
Bring some wholesome carrots.
Well.. I would invest in a good lunch box,and an ice pack, that's pretty much the only way to keep it fresh.
Salads w/dressing separate
Veggie Wraps
Veggie Soup
Fruit Cups
Granola Bars
Quaker Rice Cakes
If your school has a microwave, you can always go for the fake meat meals.
Veggie Eggs Rolls, unless you don't eat eggs.
Yogurt,...unless you don't eat that..
