Question: i have no idea

Answers: i have no idea

There is no reason, it just is.

Because is contains carotene - an orange photosynthetic pigment important for photosynthesis.

Oranges are orange; carrots should be carrot. I agree! I mean, plums are plum, greens are green, and oranges are orange - so why is a carrot orange?

thats the way god made it darling
