My cereal is dry! What is the best SOY milk for it?!
So taste wise - what is the best soy milk?? I guess the one that tastes most like normal whole milk would be the one I would want to start buying. I don't like it to be sweet or sugary whatsoever.
Tell me what your favorite soy milk is, describe the taste for me and if you can give me the nutritional facts I will very much appreciate it ^__^
I'm a vegetarian, but never got into soy milk... it has me confused!
Answers: Hmm the soymilks I've had before did not satisfied me... they just taste like really watery milk with sugar. I want to have soy milk when I eat cereal (I really don't even drink regular milk unless I eat cereal... and it has to be whole milk because I hate that watery stuff like fat free milk or 2% or whatever, I might as well just fill my cereal bowl with tap water!!)

"Alpro" is creamy, and definately not dry.
How about rice milk ?
I love silk. Have you tried it? It's a really popular brand. I like the vanilla. It's smooth and not at all bitter.
Serving Size: 1 cup 240 ml; Calories: 100, Total Fat: 3.5g, Carbs: 10g, Protein: 7g
plain soy milk ( "Silk" is the best brand...they have other flavors too, they even have soy chocolate)
almond milk ("almond breeze" is the brand, also have yummmy chocolate almond milk)
rice milk ("rice dreams" is the brand)
sooo yummy!
Silk or Vitasoy.
as a long time vegan...if your a vegetarian that just means you dont eat meat. VEGAN is when you dont eat ANY animal products. milk is fine if your just a vegetarian. dont rush into veganism or you'll crack right away. start small by just not eating meat.
mmm silk soy milk is very nice and tasty! try it :-)
I have to agree silk, has the best flavor, and it's healthy for anyone to drink.
If you want a less sugary soymilk you should buy regular soymilk instead of vanilla flavored.
I know you are vegetarian and not vegan but Silk soymilk is a subsidiary of the largest dairy supplier in America. The dairy industry is very torturous to the creatures it gets it's profit from and they have no right to take the body fluids of a manipulated, diseased cow.
If you want to satisfy your cereal dilemma, get some organic regular soymilk made by 365, Whole Foods, or Costco. They are not as sweet and they aren't watery to me.
