Where can i get vegetarian food?!

Question: Do they have it at walmart?
Im talking about veggie burgurs and processed chicken patties. Any other suggestion on food items and where to get them would be helpfull.

publix
walmart
Winn-dixie
Target
&Harveys
Thankyou for your help.
I just decided yesterday to become one and Its going to be tuff but im determined. I just need to get the right food because I cant live off of salad &vegatable. Im not even sure on what I can or cant eat. The only reason im in this is because how they treat the animals in the slaughter houses is terriable. The idea of an animal born to die makes me sad. I would eat cheese ,milk, and eggs too but the animal are abused doing this and tourterd. I dont want to be apart of the pain animals go through so I giving up meat and dairy products.

All of these stores should have a good selection of vegetarian foods... I really really recommend you buy the book
"Skinny *****", it turned me into a vegetarian overnight! ...Its soo good and so funny. It has great information on how to get your new lifestyle started... like what foods you can eat and what you cant eat... they recommend products you like too.... here their website.. but you can buy it on ebay cheap, order it, or get it at any big book store!!

Also go to:

www.goveg.com

You can order a FREE vegetarian starter kit, its awesome, really helps you start your new life choices and tells you what to get and what not.. Congratulations on your new life :)

Any grocery store should have a fair selection of veggie burgers and such.

They also usually have a nice produce department.

Walmart will handle most of the products you're looking for.

Try Morning Star brand in the freezer section of most any grocery store. Their Veggie Original Grillers are very good and their Crumbles are good for making spaghetti or other similar dishes.

Most all grocery stores carry morningstar brand veggie meats. They are usually in the freezer section.
I have found them at Wal-mart,Kroger,probably any local place.

www.about.com/vegetarian

Check this web site. The picture of substitutive vegi burgers looks exactly like the real meat in the frozen food area. Unless you ask or know how they look, it's really hard to locate them in the beginning.

You will be able to locate some stores carry vegan products in your local area from this site but it takes time to hunt for the informations. The rough ideas will be most of the stores they have organic food and healthy food sections. Like Traders Joe's....

In the freezer section of most grocery stores.

Do a little research so you know that store bought veggie burgers/chicken patties are not the only foods besides salad that you can eat. You can pretty much eat everything you did before but with a few alterations. Being vegetarian is easy and there is so much more to it than morningstar food. Also, for better tasting store bought veggie burgers try AMY's, much tastier. You can always make your own too.

just about every grocery store has vegetarian foods.
good job on being vegetarian!
