How does one know if they're anemic (without having to take a blood text)?!

look at the inside of your lower eye lid, the less color the less iron in your blood, or at least that is what I've been told, but really the best bet is to have the blood work done.
Okay I checked with my sister (who is always anemic) the test you want done is to have your feritan levels tested. There are other iron tests, but that is the more accurate one.
Common signs are:
tired
cold
pale

without lab work there really is no way to truly know.
but, feeling run down or tired all the time...even with a good nights sleep might be an indication you should get some lab work.
if you have had heavy bleeding vaginal or otherwise may indicate a need for some iron also.
