I use http://www.vegweb.com a LOT.. i use a lot of Tofu in my cooking and love it..
My new Fav. recipe is taking some tofu.. drain.. lightly coat in bread crumbs and "hot wing" seasoning.. then pan fry for about 10 min.. not the healthiest.. but really really good.. and when you live in the south like i do.. you need some good ol down home cooking sometimes.. LOL..
Then i also like to take carrots, cut them up really fine.. use some Caribbean Jerk seasoning and some salt and pepper. Then i toss that with some EVOO, put it on a pan put it in the oven at 350 for about 45 min.. i really like crispy carrots.. and they are like really sweet fries to me.. and when i really want a treat i will though some cut up mushrooms in there with it.. hope this helps.. :o)

go for some Indian cuisines, you will find yummy food which will be good to your health too... sorry cant tell you how to cook them here....

here is a great website, for all vegetarian foods, you can get the recipes for free, and you can search for soy, and they will show you how you cook it. Also soy pretty much takes the flavour of whatever you use it.
