In my WW group, when people complained about not wanting food (which you would suppose is good, if you have to go to WW, right?), our group leader said that was when people had gone a longer time without fat (that meaning healthy fats). Lots of people in WW (Weight Watchers, by the way) are cutting down on the fat because of the points it has, so people saying: "I don't want to eat!!!! That's so strange!" are fairly common. BUT: fats are essential to your diet. They keep your venes flexible, your cell walls healthy, act as messengers and hormones in your body and are essential to take full advatage of all the nutrients you offer your body (e.g. are needed to get anything healthy out of carrots).
Don't panic, you don't need to go to eating meat again. It will be enough to add some nuts to your diet, and some healthy oils. Best oils are Linseed oil, Olive oil or, if you want to got to that extreme, salmon oil. The salmon oil, I guess, won't be really necessary. You should be fine with adding olive oil or nuts to your diet. About two teaspoons full of Olive oil a day, which is easily done by eating a salad and preparing the dressing yourself (For one person: 1 Teaspoon olive oil, 3 Teaspoons Balsamic vinegar, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper. You can variate by adding joghurt, cream cheese, mustard, herbs or anything else you think might go with it.)
One whole Walnut or a handful of peanuts will take care of the other teaspoon of oil for the day. You can eat those just plain, sprinkle them chopped over a piece of bread with cream cheese, chop them and put them over the salad, spread them over your cereal...

I hope this will help you. Be careful to eat enough healthy fat! I admire your strength for eating no more meat! But stay healthy!

Oh, and about the mozzarella sticks: Since you said you had to throw up after that, and now you might be wondering: Wasn't that enough fat in the mozzarella sticks? How can she say I don't eat enough when my body is reacting this way to fat? : It is fat, yes. It is unhealthy fat, since they are deep-fried, though, and it is enough fat to fell a horse if you haven't been eating enough fat for some time before that. Your body couldn't process it all, which is what made it throw it out the fastest way it knew. I hope this will get better really soon!

Maybe you just need to go full on vegan? To each his own, I guess, as for me, I only eat fruit and veggies as a health consideration, I'm a total carnivore.

I don't know... but it make me wana barf when I smell it being cooked too. It smells so yuck.
