Well,my answer might help depending on what kind of veggie you are... if you are straight veggie,it may not help any,but I'll try.. But these are good sources of protein & calcium.

Cottage Cheese-has the most out of all of these.
Ricotta Cheese
Soybeans
Split peas
Navy beans
White beans
Chickpeas
Tofu

This I got from about.com:

*whole grain pasta tossed with peas, almonds, and your favorite sauce.
*Whole wheat toast with peanut butter will give you a complete protein.
*Bean soup with whole grain crackers.
*Corn tortillas with re-fried beans and rice.

Calcium:from google and myself.

*soy milk and juice
*soybeans and soynuts
*bok choy
*broccoli
*Chinese cabbage
*Okra
*Calcium-fortified orange juice
*Almond butter
*Turnip greens, cooked

Vegetarian foods that are high in protein include:

Almonds, black beans, cashews, faux meats, garbanzo beans (chickpeas), kidney beans, lentils, lima beans, peanut butter, pinto beans, seitan, soybeans, soymilk, sunflower seeds, textured vegetable protein (TVP), and tofu.

Also, make sure you're eating enough calories to maintain your body weight. Good luck.

You can make smoothies with protein powder and fruit (with milk or soy milk). You'll find cans of protein powder at nutrition stores and some grocery stores. There's soy protein powder and whey (from dairy)

Instead of just thinking about supplements, you could add more protein to your diet. Do you eat beans, lentils and nuts? How about peanut butter? Some veggie burgers are high in protein, and they are an easy snack or meal.

If you eat dairy and eggs, both are high in protein.

If you recently became a vegetarian you should probably go for the 'faux' meats, because they can be really versatile and cooked in a similar way to meat. Ones such as Quorn (TM) can come in many forms and are very high in protein.

Although I've been one for a while it really helps as a replacement to keep energy and things up.

Good luck

Are you eating plenty of animal products such as milk, cheese, eggs etc with each meal. It is very important to get your complete proteins that are only found in animal products.

Lettuce. And I'm serious.
Eat beans and rice too. Often.
Protein isn't really a problem for vegetarians, but B12 deficiency affects some strict vegans. Nutritional yeast can be incorporated into your diet to fix that problem. It tastes a little like cheese. Or just take vitamin supplements.

nuts, soy milk, tofu, mushrooms, protein shakes and regular multivitamins. Try weight exercises to build the muscles in the thigh area.
