I agree with Cc, I like to make it with the same Whole Wheat flour, Unbleached All Purpose flour, honey, sea salt and the yeast and filtered or bottled water.

It is better in a thin mode, but nice a bit thicker and is nutty and a bit chewy also.

Just make it like reg dough. Use whole wheat flour & yeast.
Fast pizza is either wheat english muffins or i also use whole wheat pita breads as a base.
