No. I had a 6 year old sheltie die from pancreatitis. My vet told me that people food was too rich for dogs (I fed the dog a lot of table scraps. She was over weight and this caused her death).

If you love your pet, then do not feed it honey nut cherrios.

They make dog food for a reason. So the answer to your question is No.

Dogs aren't suppose to have people food it can make them really sick.

The dog won't get sick from eating the cereal. If you're feeding it a steady diet of it, the weight gain will shorten the dogs life.
