Well, I have been a vegetarian for years, and I have never taken any pills, and I have never had any issues with not being healthy. I would recommend eating lots of beans, tofu products, and morning star or quorn products you can find at the store. These two products are all vegetarian, and very tasty. They have 'chicken' nuggets, 'chicken' steaks, (my favorite), and lots of other things like bacon and and sausage links. These all get you great alternatives that provide you with a lot protein. You can also go with soups, these are great alternatives, especially lentils, they are great.
Best wishes, and good luck!!

eat tofu and beans... you need protein

Not if you're eating properly.

The only thing that will make you gain wait is the junk food e.g. Chocolate, chips, lollies and fizzy drinks.
80% of your weight is made up of what you put in your mouth so try to do some exercise and just cut down on the junk food and up the anti on fruit, veges and meat.

If you are going to make a life change you need to do a lot of research and find the answers yourself.

Vegetarian is proven to be a healthier way of life, but only if you eat right. Eat lots of beans, nuts and tofu. Also remember to eat vegetables (lots of them) Plus don't substitute fatty foods like cheese for protien because I did that my first year. (I gained, couldn't exercise as well, and was tired often)

You should eat alot of beans and lentils .
Alsoo you should take vitamin and iron pills etc..
