Those ingredients are OK, but it's not real healthy to mix too many foods together - especially condenced foods(beans, grains, nuts). (I'm assuming the veg chicken is made of soy, and shouldn't be mixed with grain. Also, don't eat soy 2 days in a row)

And make sure the grains are "whole grain".

Doesn't sound bad to me.

It does not sound very bad but i would pass on the mini bagel+ cream cheese and the veggie chicken.

It's okay but fake chicken is still processed food (not so healthy) and the bagel and cream cheese isn't so great. How about putting beans on your salad for tons of very low-fat protein?

it does sound healthy, but with the veggie chicken it is a precessed food so it might be high in sodium you should check the label for that. Also try instead of lettuce in your salad try spinach! it has iron which you need especially if your a girl.

i ahve 2 agree with not eating the fake chicken because it has butt load of perservatives and additives to make it taste real. it is really not good to eating anything really proccessed. also, if you were eating the bagel and cream cheese fro breakfast, try eating some hot rice cereal wiht fruit, nuts, and coconut flakes. go easy on the chocolate chips. bean sprouts, nuts, and feta cheese are a good add on to your salad. otherwise you seem to known what to eat.

cut down on your bread consumption... so bagel... if its really tempting, then buy whole wheat........

and chocolate chips.. don't eat alot of those.. and avoid as much sugar as you can. Substitute sugar w/ splenda and eat more fruits... because fruits are filled w/ vitamins and its just water.

Keep up the good work!!! Don't forget to exercise 20-30 minutes a day, eat vitamins and drink lots of water.

Get rid of the bagel and eat the salad raw or if you need a dressing try making a Vinaigrette.

recipe:
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup basalmic vinegar
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed

combine
blend together slowly

The fake chicken is not the best either, but its still a lot healthier then eating real chicken.

That meal was healthier than probably 90% of other people's meals....in North America at least. Don't listen to people saying you shouldn't eat veggie chicken, because it's way better than real chicken, and high in protein. Just don't eat it all the time.

Bagels and cream cheese aren't "healthy" either, but in comparison to a hamburger......

Everything in moderation.

sounds good
