Rice milk or Lactose-free milk or Soy milk?!

Question: which do u like?

Answers: which do u like?

Soy milk is my personal preference but this is the vegetarian and vegan section, so if your a vegan Lactose-free milk is still an animal product. Also, soy is a natural source of estrogen so if your, say a 12 year old boy it's not recommended that you drink a lot of soy.
Hope this helped!

I like vitasoy soy milk!

Definately Lactose free milk! Tastes just like regular milk.

vanilla soy or rice!! yummy. i dont really like chocolate soy though

I like Silk Plus Omega-3 DHA soymilk. It's fortified with a vegetarian source of omega-3.

Rice milk and soy milk are awesome. I like almond milk too.

(Lactose-free milk isn't necessarily vegan.)

i choose rice milk because it has the least amount of ingredinats of the three. it is also in the most original natural from. but... I LOVE THE TASTE OF SOY MILK, but have been recently infromed that it stops the absorbtion of many vitamins and minerals, hence i stopped drinking it. i have never had lactose-free milk .

I don't think I've bought cow's milk for about 2 months now. I'm currently alternating between rice milk, soy milk, oat milk, soy & oat milk, and sometimes even goat's milk (when it's reduced to clear). Some of them are calcium enriched, some protein enriched, some omega 3 enriched. I like all of them so far. The textures and tastes are fairly different (some are creamy, some watery, some sweet), but they are all good. I still haven't managed to find any almond milk or hemp milk, but some people swear by them.

soy milk

I don't like any of the above - I prefer 2% real milk. Unless you have health issues, you shouldn't be drinking any of them although Lactose-free milk is the best of the three as it is real milk with the milk sugar removed.
