How should I start eating meat again? Any tips?!
Anyway now I want to start eating meat again but at the same time I feel gulty!
Also P.S.
How should I start to eat meat again? Like a few times a week then once a day?
(Please no comments like, why what the hell is wrong with you)
Answers: When I first stopped eating meat I did it because I wanted to control something in my life! It wasnt so much the actually animal aspect (but after a while I kind of brain washed my self)

Don't feel like you need to force yourself to eat meat. If you feel like eating some, go for it. If you would rather a vegetarian meal, eat that instead. I do agree that pacing yourself may be smart, but a strict schedule may not be very satisfying.
There are ways to feel less guilty about eating meat again. Buying locally from smaller farms usually means that the animals are cared for better than the large corporate farms. It can also be better for the environment because you aren't shipping things as far. This is true for produce too. If you have room to buy in bulk, it may be cheaper too. You may be able to get tours of the facilities to see if they meet your standards. If this is feasible, just research the companies you buy from, some treat their animals better than others.
If it is more about willpower, you can still control your diet and eat meat. Avoid fatty meats, and eat it in small portion. A "correct" portion size for meat is about the size of a deck of cards. Red meat is OK, but it isn't as good as chicken or fish and you should buy leaner meat. Again buying locally and can also mean better quality, and less preservatives/hormones. Starting to eat meat doesn't mean that you no longer have to plan to have a healthy diet, it just means that its a little easier to get the proteins you need.
eat some meat certain days during the week. simple, u can control urself if u really try ur hardest
all i can say.is try to eat little meat like once a week.
eat it from the head down...he..he..he...kidding
im not sure how to answer. im vegetarian and ive been thinking about eating meat, but i cant get myself to do it. if you want to eat meat, it's not a crime. do what you think is best, or what you want.
Some vegetarians/vegans get sick when introducing meat back into the diet. If you were vegan I would say start cooking with milk and eggs and using them as ingredients then moving up. If you were vegetarian I'd say a few times a week add small portions of meat into what you're eating. Like bacon bits on salad, small amounts of meat in soup and pasta, etc. and just move up at your own pace. Many vegans/vegetarians don't even get sick if they re-introduce meat. But, better safe then sorry :)
i think it sounds good to start having maybe little portions of meat each day and then make them bigger until you get how many you are supposed to healthily have each day (that is five ounces) and i don't know how you stop feeling guilty, but god made them for us to eat.
Why would you want to?? There are 1000's of vegetarian meals and being a vegetarian is the most healthiest in the world - low stats of collon cancer, diabetes, arthitis, heart disease. Why eat meat - you will find meat is hard to digest and you may feal sick
I've never started eating meat again, but I would start with something light. Meat used to make me feel really heavy and tired, so I would eat small amounts....don't go out for steak.
Deli sandwich meats are full of preservatives and sodium, I would stay away from those....as well as any processed foods.
It's hard to give suggestions of foods because it doesn't at all appeal to me...if you feel guilty, only you can solve that, but if you buy organic meats...at least they haven't been pumped with hormones and antibiotics.
If it was me, I would start out with fish and maybe soups made with broth.
Good luck :)
Maybe 3 times a week...what ever you think is right, but the meats you eat help like start out with fish, then chicken...
i don't think you should be eating meat at all, but if you want to phase into it. start with once a week, then a few times a week, and eventually u will be again.
What the hell is wrong with you?! (sorry I don't follow directions well) Why are you asking this here? If you want to eat meat then EAT IT if not THEN DON'T! What a dumb question!!!!!!!!!
WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU WANT TO EAT MEAT?
Why Become Vegetarian?
There are as many reasons for becoming vegetarian as there are vegetarians; it's a highly personal and individual decision to make. But in a survey conducted on behalf of The Vegetarian Society the majority of people said that they gave up meat and fish because they did not morally approve of killing animals, or because they objected to the ways in which animals are kept, treated and killed for food.
With the growing awareness of the importance of healthy food, many people are also becoming vegetarian because it matches the kind of low fat, high fibre diet recommended by dieticians and doctors. Concern about the environment is another factor as people become more aware of the effect raising animals for their meat is having on the environment. Or you may be concerned about wasting world food resources by using land to raise animals for meat instead of growing crops that can feed more people directly.
