Try those Kashi brand foods. They make cereals and snacks. Stony Feild yogurts and smothies are good too. You can get soy milk 'juice boxes' or bottles that come in different flavors. You can even try organic pomegranate juice which is good too. A brand name would be POM juice.

If you have a Wegmen's nearby (or any health food store) do some exploring and experimenting in their organic section (though you are probably doing this already). Live and learn, right?

Hope this helps!

im a vegetarian too. apples, peaches, any fruit. get your grains too. bread maybe whole wheat if you like it i dont. pasta, also grains. for cereals, i dunno, i dont eat them very often check around at the grocery store, at the cereal aisle maybe granola bars too. hope this helped

Kashi and Bob's Red Mill both have great cereals. Try Muesli it is wonderful. Soy milk comes in many varieties. I personally use Silk Milk. You can also try milk made from Rice (as in Rice Dreams) and nut milks. As long as you are eating your food in as natural state as possible (Raw fruits and vegetables) and not adding extra calories in the form of salad dressing, salt or butter, then most vegan/vegetarian foods are naturally low in calories. Be careful with cheese, butter and dairy in general as it is fattening. Use olive oil and other cold pressed oils for your essential fatty acids. Check out the numerous vegetarian/vegan web sites for great low calorie recipes. Just type vegetarian/vegan in the search engine of your choice. Go to drgillianmckeith.com for a wonderful program...she does eat fish, but you don't have too.

Meat is very good for you, and its very organic too.

Also here's an organic vitamin supplement
