Like you - the taste of almond milk is not one that I would pick when given a choice.....

Anyway - onto your question. The amount of soy milk that your talking about is not much. I see no harm in such and can find nothing that suggests that it would harm you that has hard evidence (lots of personal opinion about there both sides of the issue).

I don't do alot of the flavored soy milks. I don't even really like to do the red silk container but prefer the unsweetened (green container).

I WILL SAY that I just found one that I am really crazy about. Have you tried Kikkoman Pearl Organic Soymilk, coffee flavored (also isn't genetically modified)?? That stuff is GOOD!! Love it straight or put it in a blender, whip it up, maybe with some ice cubes - maybe a banana or other fruit - and it is GREAT!

I don't see what's bad about it, as long as you're getting all your other nutrients and such. That's about as much as I have in a day as well!

if you want varity, you should almond milk, - its nice. and you won't get bored drinking the soy milk all the time.

well yes it is good for you, but you should only drink 1 glass a day and then only drink water for the rest of that day. If you keep drinking all those caloreis, you will gain weight.

There is also hemp milk... haven't tried it yet though.

You should stop, its not good for you.
