Well, the simplest sweet treat is a piece of fruit. If you're looking for something a little more decadent, Oreos (at least the ones sold in the US) are vegan-friendly (check labels, though, because companies change their ingredients from time to time.) You can also make your own treats to keep on hand. I like to have Luna bars handy for when I want something sweet, but not too unhealthy. There are several vegan candies, like Swedish Fish and Mambas, if that's the kind of thing you like.

You can get soy ice cream yummy! Or try a fruit salad. Or try banana "ice cream" take a few banana's peel them and wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in the freezer for about an hour. take them out put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork or potato masher. scoop out however much you want top with vegan chocolate syrup, sprinkles, chopped walnuts whatever you want!

When I was a teenager I used to *love* soy ice cream as a dessert! Dark chocolate is also a nice treat and is also often vegan. Juice is also nice plus any Vitamin C in it will help you absorb B12 (which maybe you've noticed is added to a lot of pre-made vegan food).

One helpful idea is to go along with your parent for grocery shopping. That way you can pick out some foods you like plus be able to read the labels right there in the store. My mom and I used to go to TraderJoes together and would find all kinds of great fruit, cookies, trail mix, fruit leather, juice, soy ice cream, and more and often she would try it too!
