Can someone give me a VEGETARIAN mass building diet?!


Question: I weigh 115, I'm 5 3" tall, and i'm 15. YES I eat eggs. I want atleast 6 meals a day.

I lost my body fat and now I have no clue what foods give me mass :/ & how much protein I shoudl eat and stuff.

Just put the same phrase "vegetarian mass building diet" in search engines, and you will get a ton of excellent hits!

FYI: Two famous celebs that are vegetarians who had to buff up for some movie roles are: Tobey Maguire (SpiderMan). Remember how he was skinny one day, and woke up the next day (in the movie) after the spider bite all buffed up. (I read that it took about 4 months for him to get to that look). The other is Brad Pitt. He also is a vegetarian. Just look at how buff he had to get for his role as Achilles in the movie Troy.

I knmow you are not a vegan, but you can still apply many of their plans. and if you want to eat eggs, thats cool, thats you choice.

But please do not think that you can not be strong and a powerhouse because you are a vegetarina. Infact its the other way around!

try nuts and seeds
milk
alot of foods have protein in them
