I would say that the best meals would be ones that include some protein source and several vegetables or fruit.
Meat substitutes, or, as you say, "fake meats" are not necessary for a healthy vegetarian diet. They have been created to allow vegetarians to eat things they used to eat before they became vegetarian.
As for as whether meat substitutes are good for you or not, I would read the list of ingredients and the nutrition information and make your own decisions about whether you want to eat those things (most meat substitutes contain quite a bit of sugar. If you like to eat hot dogs or have "burgers", then go ahead and eat meat substitutes, but be aware that they are generally rather high in calories for the nutrition they provide.

why would you eat fake meat just eat vegetables and fruits its really a contradiction to your lifestyle

If I was vegan, I wouldn't eat fake meat or anything that is chemically altered. It's bad for you, even if it says low fat, calories, etc. I would just stay with more natural stuff.

good luck.

The best meals for you are ones that are healthy, fresh, etc. Fake meats are fine on occasion, but you shouldn't eat them too much. Fake meats are highly processed, and high in calories, salt, low in nutrition, etc. They should be used as a treat, or a when you need to throw something together quick.
