Answers: i just told my mom i wanna be vegan/vegetarian and she said NO!!!!!! and i told her the good parts but she still said NOO!!!!!how do i convince her in to leting me become vegan/vegetarian? i mean i will be eating something i dont want :( how do i convince her pplzz help me
She can say no all she wants, but she can't force it down your throat. You'll have to prove how much you want this. If she groundsyou-will you take it as a sacrifice for your morals? Sometimes things don't come easy.
However, We SHOULD obey our parents until leaving their home. Most faiths agree on this, but you have to find out where to draw the line-I certainly wouldn't obey my mom if she told me to kill something. So there are definitely cases where that rule should be broken...Is it worth it for you to do so?
Is it important enough for you to disobey?
If it is, you will accept the consequences for your choices.
You also have to realize that if you make a lifestyle choice you can't expect your mom and dad to pay for it. It's a whole new shopping list. If you can afford it and will do your own shopping, making sure you hav ea healthy diet-not just living on pizza and cheese prodcucts-then by all means.
You still need to consider if this is a fad, or really important.
Eat the parts of her meals that dont have meat in them...Which do you want to be vegan or vegetarian? The vegan maybe harder to pull off if you are still at the mercy of your mom's meals. Can you cook and buy your own groceries? use your allowance to but the things she will not.
i want to be a vegetarian too, i told my mom that i will take all the viamins in meat that i would have to eat and i told her that i didnt want to eat poor inisent little ansimals so she let me become one
Ask her what is more important, for her to love and support you or force you to eat meat?
or you can:
1) research other ways you can get your protein
2) talk to your mom and tell them way exactly you want to be a vegetarian. show them all your facts and research
3) tell mom you can get your protein form other foods, example beans, grains etc,,
4) tell mom that you want to try this out and see how you feel

You can buy most vegetarian foods at your local large food stores, I go to walmart! or smithes, or Albertsons.
lastly, tell your mom, she can stop you now about what happens when you move out, and then you will be a vegetarian, but your relationship will not be good!
Tell your mom that it's what you want to do and it's your choice. She can't force you to eat what you don't want. You need to tell her why you want to be a vegan/vegetarian. If she still won't let you, I'm sorry. Hope I helped. GOOD LUCK.
Grow a pair?
Seriously, you're trying to do something that is beneficial to the environment and that would quite possibly improve your own health, and your parents are giving you a hard time? I was smoking cigarettes and getting tanked when I was your age. Tell your parents to consider themselves lucky.
One caveat here is that vegetarian and vegan diets do require a certain level of thought and planning. It would certainly be preferable if your mother would get on board and help you plan a nutritious diet, but at the same time, she can't force meat down your throat. Try to reason with her.
