I was having the same problems too. I chose to ignore it, and now I have blood problems. So now, i take a daily vitamin called Nature Way, which you can find anywhere. Theres different kinds of vitamin combinations, and its all natural ingredients, so you won't be putting wierd chemicals into your body. I know what its like to be in a family of meat eaters all the time, but this helps in those especially tough times where it seems everyones eating meat, and there doesnt seem to be any veggies in sight.
I hope you feel better. Hope this helps a bit ?

try spirulina

You should really try to get your nutrients from actual food, instead of relying on a pill. Taking a pill is not the same as getting vitamins and minerals from real food.

If you do choose to take a multivitamin, do not use it as a magic pill to replace the eating of healthy foods. A multivitamin should be used in conjunction with a well balanced diet, and only to be sure you are not missing anything.
