If you buy cases of a product?!


Question: And the product was HORRIBLE, when before, in the past it was amazing;

and the person/place i bought the case from didnt accept refunds,

could i contact the company to get a refund, or a free case of what i bought if i complain?

It can't hurt to try. Years ago I had a problem with a product being bad and since it happened so long ago, I honestly can't remember why but for some reason I didn't deal with the store I'd bought it from but went directly to the manufacturer who just reimbursed me completely for what I had spent for their product..... they don't want to lose your business. Try contacting the manufacturer, they will probably send you some replacements or a refund. Most companies usually care what the consumer thinks of their product. But then again they may not. veggie-wedgie is right, No harm in trying... Good luck =0)
