Question: Turnip, eggplant, winged bean peanut, string bean, hyacinth bean lima bean, sponge gourd, white squash, pumpkin, radish, mustard, onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds. please someone tell me what kind of vitamins and minerals does these veggies have? thanks alot! =)

different ones like fiber for eggplant, all kinds of beans are rich in protein good substitute for meat, radish turnip they have a lot of water content so they are diuretic,onion acts like an antibiotic , all spices like garlic, ginger , they are rich in phosporous, and other vegetables are rich i Vit B..squash or pumpkin. tomato ..vit C, and gourd, it has calcium too...ahh this was hard..hehehe

nearly all you'd need I guess, add some protein in the form of eggs or cheese and your well away.
your talking veggies as apposed to vegans, yes.
