I think i love you christy!!

Broccoli is a 'cruciferian' vegetable that is related to cabbage, cauliflower and kale. These are all very 'fibrous' vegetables, and it is the action of that fiber in the digestive tract that causes flatulence or 'farting' as well as burping in some people. Take Beano before you eat it, or take GasX after if the farts become truly bothersome.

Vegan fiberous food groups of beans and lentils causes complex sugars that aren't broken down until they reach the colon. Other foods high on the flatulence charts include cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage and broccoli, as well as "sugar alcohols" like sorbitol.

I would stick to Roly Poly Pudding if I were you..........
