Getting all your nutrients on a vegan diet for athletes?!

Answers: I"ve followed a vegan diet for 4 years now, and I'm still having trouble getting all my nutrients, and I'm very athletic. I still run low on certain nutrients, and it's a challenge for me. The Becoming Vegan book is a little too scientific for me. I'm looking for meal plans for vegan athletes.
