Are soybeans bad or good for you?!

Question: The recent studies suggesting that soy phytoestrogens are harmful and cause disease were financed by the meat industry. Ironically, in the US the main ingredient in cattle feed is soybean. It takes eleven pounds of soybeans to produce one pound of beef, so beef contains more phytoestrogens than tofu. (along with antibiotics, hormones and pesticides.)

Watch as some have lots of sugar as in the honey roasted. There are lots of varieties, howevr use caution and read labels. Some are salted, others unsalted.

Packed with protein.

Soybeans are good for you unless you are allergic.

Fermented soybeans are fine. Unfermented soybeans can be unhealthy if consumed too much.
