My new favorite ( & my kids too!) vegetarian quesadillas. Really easy. Flour tortilla top with black beans ,corn (canned or fresh), pineapple (diced) onions & chili if u like them .top with any kind of cheese u like & bake (no fat) or fry with a little butter or oil till crispy. slice like a pizza & top with sour cream if u want! delicious

welcome to my life!! i know exactly what your going through! the best thing you can do is suck it up and try some new foods. honestly tofu may become your best friend! the brand Yves is by far the best! there are lots of good cook books out there but I'll give you the name of my favorite! its called

it's great! it has tonnes of vegetarian and non-veg recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, baking, everything! I'd go to Chapters or Indigo and pick it up!!

Vegetarians exclude all animal flesh, including poultry, game, fish, shellfish or crustacea, and slaughter by-products. Sorry to say the fact that you eat fish does NOT make you a vegetarian. If your looking for vegetarian recipes though try this website.

well what kinds of foods does your doc suggest you eat? maybe he can give you an idea what you are deficient in?

my favorite recipe is baked yam chips. just cut them and bake them. easy as that!

Baked fish. Take any whitefish sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice. Bake in an uncovered pan on 350 for 15 min. or until it flakes with a fork.

I've found many good vegetarian recipes from this website, further more, there are all about healthy food and cooked in a simple, unique way.
Hope you find it useful.
