Foods alone will not give you muscle definition, unfortunately.

Every food you eat has protein. Some are better sources than others. If you want protein, eat eggs and lowfat dairy (if you take them), nuts and seeds (high in good fats), tofu, lentils, seitan, chickpeas, peanut butter, any 'meat replacers,' soy milk, almond milk, and whole grains.

Do 15 or 20 minutes of weight bearing exercises a day - freeweights from wal-mart, even the 10 pound ones - and you'll start seeing muscle.

If you don't usually do arm exercises, these videos helped me with technique quite a bit.

Good luck!

You need to have plenty of proteins, they build muscle.
You need to work our for upper body at your gym or go swimming every week.

You can eat beans, tofu and anything alternative.
also workout once every week or so.

Beans & Rice, and Lagumes will provide the protien to build muscle but you have to exercise too (push ups and curls.) Check out this website for information on Lagumes. http://www.med.umich.edu/umim/clinical/p...

you can get protein from tofu, okra, soybeans, soy milk, almond and a lot more..

Lots of whole grains, whole fruits and vegetables, nuts, beans and soy. There is a UFC champion, Mac Danzig, who is vegan. I would look at his website for ideas.

Always eat a healthy meal with complex carbs and protein within one hour after your workout. An apple and handful of nuts is perfect.

Eat your spinach.

Eat Tofu it has protein in it.

Beans, eggs and fish.

Storm Talifero is a (raw) vegan bodybuilder and has been for over 30 years.

He is in his late 50s and looks fantastic - great muscle definition.

Here are his websites for more info:

.

None, for building muscle you need protien from meat.
