Why do vegetarians pick on meat eaters?!
Scottie answer this and you will be reported as all you do is troll my answers.
Answers: well there are two for vegetarians and no one correcte either that vegetarians do exactly the same to us omnivores who just try to help out when we can...why is it the vegetarians community seems perfectly fine to support vegetarians making fun of us but are absolutely disgusted when we fight back...surely doesnt this just show the level of intelligence some vegetarians have if they support vegetarians making fun of us yet when we complain we get told to grow up and shut up...any thoughts

At my school i have friends that are vegetarians and meat eaters. And we all accept what each other chooses.
But if say a vegetarian makes fun of some one the eats meat, and is being serious about it they are probably just following there friends or a fad.
because its absolutely stupid to pick on people about what they eat being vegetarian or a meat eater.
vegetarians are idiots...lol noooo i dun mean it........y'all missing out......i love meat...
Vegetarians often have a sort of innate superiority thing, since they're Saving the Animals and we are Not. So when you fight back, they're obviously disgruntled because you, the Nonbeliever, are retaliating and questioning their diet/ way of life.
This isn't true with all of them though. I know quite a few vegetarians that are nicer than normal people are..
Wright, you so lovely carnivores; as you are learning your digestive system to digest meat ,it will end digesting yourselves. That's my opinion ,you uglies.
Well, meat eaters pick on a lot of vegetarians and exude their ignorance in every possible direction. However, you do have a point. But remember, it's generally the minority that get that way. Don't let the minority be judged as the majority.
yamahazu, I reported you. It's comments like that that are hypocritical. And calling them carnivors is extremely ignorant. Carnivores ONLY eat meat.
I think it's silly for people to make such a big deal about what people eat. There are worse things in the world than wether someone is eating a sexually abused cow or not. It's really annoying when people get all preachy preachy about their diets. Like, oh you need meat. Or oh, you're going to get cancer. If either was the case, i would have died or gotten cancer years ago.
It's the Vegetarian and Vegan forum Adam; of course there is going to be a bias towards vegetarianism, just as on the Hunting forum there is, I assume, a bias towards hunting And on sports forums a bias towards the particular sport.
It would be bizarre if that were not the case.
I honestly think, as I've told you before, that it's your tendency to call people ignorant, stupid, morons etc that antagonises people, rather than the fact that you eat meat - most people couldn't care less what other people eat. Erm, and your recent threat to nuke and shoot all vegetarians - I don't think you did yourself any favours there mate.
Would you like to post something positive in this forum, just for a change ?
You post in a forum entitled "vegetarian and vegan" and them wonder why there is support for such choices.
Surely there is no need to explain how bizarre that is ?
I've read through your questions recently and they come across as very anti-veggie and contain many insults.
We don't as a group "pick on meat eaters" actually. I've never picked on 60 million people in the Uk just because they eat meat. I choose who i like and dislike, and how i respond to them, by thier individual actions, beleifs and statements, not by what they eat.
You, however, seem to lump all veggies into one big negative pot just so you can slag them off.
EDIT: You are complety wrong. Take a look through my 6,000 answer history and you will find plenty of examples where i have put evangelical veggies and vegans right, i regulary post about how i prefer postive education rather than propaganda. I even got myself a nick-name from the meaty-trolls ( who have now been removed ) because I was alwasy trying to advise people to be postive rather than follow blind propaganda.
You are being selective again - exactly what you acuse me of.
So, if you are going to insult me at least base it on fact rather than random guesswork about my active in this forum.
I answered your question becasue it was top of the list when i logged in, there is nothing more to it than that and you are trying to read something into my active that just isn't there.
ask yourself, Why are you posting in this section of the Yahoo Answers forum today ?
I know why I'm here, i'm active in supporting the vegetarian diet and animal welfare issues and look for opportunities to support like minded people.
Why are you here ? Anything postive about it ?
Lmao! You come in here daily to pick on veggies, I see you in here all the time. People like you pick on veggies way more than veggies pick on meat eaters, if you can't see that then you are delusional. If seeing the things that veg people say bothers you so much then why do you spend your time in the v&v section?
I think some vegetarians feel that they have to spread the word to all & sundry, regardless of whether they want to hear or not, and in the past I have been just as guilty of that as the next veggie! Now I think the best way of spreading vegan love is by keeping quiet about it but bring in vegan goodies to work!
I think there are a lot of meat eaters out there who want to pick holes in vegetarian/vegan 'morals' ( I use this word for want of a better one, not as an implication that meat eating is immoral), and this tends to make some of us a bit defensive. I know at one of the places I worked there were lots of people constantly on my back about me being vegan & one guy went as far as to say 'I will catch you out some day'. I could never figure out why what I put in my mouth bothered him so much, or why he felt the need to catch me out. I had gone past the preachy stage by then & never brought up my dietary habits.
I think there is fault on both sides, but there are a lot of nice vegetarians/vegans and omnivores about :o)
I am intrigued though, you obviously love meat (from some of your previous answers) and I just wonder why you spend so much time on the V&V section?
