You can use Red Star Vegetarian Support Formula nutritional yeast for all your B vitamins. Try it sprinkled on popcorn or you can make tangy, cheesy tasting sauces with it.
I am not sure about about B complex but I know that figs have some B vitamins and mushrooms are a good source of B-12. Silk soymilk is 50% B-12 along with some other vitamins that vegans and vegetarians often lack in. Chocolate Silk is like OH MY FREAKING GOSH delicious! It is a little more expensive than the other soymilks but it's better to pay with money than health, right? It is always healthier to eat raw food as opposed to processed food but Silk is alot better for you than milk.
