Vegetarian leaflets/booklets/posters...!

Question: im doing a piece of course work and i need some leaflets that advertise vegetarianism with a few receipies and how having a vegetarian diet effects the body. i have looked at a few websites with not much luck any suggestions? (UK only). would it be worth my while going to a docters surgery or libary?
