Peanut butter on toast

PB-Apple volcano: cut the top of an apple and scoop out the inside...spoon in some peanut butter and top with raisins

Peanut Butter balls:
Ingredients
-1 cup peanut butter
-1 cup confectioner’s sugar
-? cup minced dates
-? cup finely chopped nuts
-diluted frosting (a little confectioner’s sugar and water)
-coconut for rolling balls in

Directions
Mix peanut butter, confectioner?s sugar, minced dates and nuts together. Form into 1-inch balls. Roll or dip into diluted frosting then roll into coconut. Refrigerate and keep refrigerated until served.

Celery filled with PB

You can make a savory peanut sauce by mixing some PB, soy sauce, minced garlic, cayenne powder, and some hot water. Serve as a dip for veggies or use on pastas or rice.

I'm not sure abut the peanut butter and jelly part but quaker mini delights are delicious and they only have 90 calories per pack! I'm sure they come in a peanut butter flavor.

Try putting peanut butter on some wholesome carrots.

try a peanut butter and jelly sandwich its not bad for u but not good for u and it contains but of your preferences. you could also try peanut butter on an apple its very good even though its sounds bad

i love them on carrot and celery stix..

Try them on crackers, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, cut up bread and toast it, etc. Experiment!

apple and a banana in some icecream its good and it heathy or banana and jelly/penut butter sandwitch in your case, make sure it low carb for evening snack
