i dont want to go for a unhelathy diet as v r planning for a baby now.so i need some suggestion.iam a vegetarian.i wud like to have roti,sabji,dal, chawal for dinner and for lunch too.and somenice breafast ideas too pls....

Fresh juice
Almonds 2 , walnut ,1 Pistachio 2 = (5)
fresh 5 fruits (mixed) for both

Rice or chappati

Yoghurt
Salad
Dinner
Chappati
Dal / curry
Kidney beans, soya , paneer, dry mix veg

when u r planning for a baby it is advisable to not to be in diet. and always eating roti and sabji will create heat in ur body which is not good. so eat and sleep at correct time daily. it will help u to be healthy.

Calcium, Iron, and all Vitamins (B especially) are also extremely important. Because you are vegetarian eating lentils, spinach and brown rice are all excellent sources of protein, iron and folate. For breakfast try porridge with fruits (avoid apricots and pears) such as apples or bananas, almonds, linseeds or sunflower seeds. Use wholegrain breads and eat yoghurt. Wrong time to go on diet!!!
When u are planning for a baby how can you go on diet? Don't u want a healthy baby? Forget about dieting NOW... eat at least three time a day. U have your roti sabji and Dal chawal also.... Take a glass of milk in the morning and evening and live a tension free happy life..... After the baby comes then think of dieting... Wish u a nice time.
I just read the diet prescribed by Muskan.... that is the right diet. stick to it.
