Protein is made from a composition of various amino acids. Various sources of protein such as chicken, milk or soya contain different amounts of each amino acid. Our body only absorbs protein for growth when the amino acids are in a certain ratio.
If the ratio doesnt fit with what the body needs then it still absorbs it but any excess amino acid that is too high to fit the ratio is used as energy. The lowest level Amino Acid is known as the limiting Amino acid. This means that a food could be 100% protein but only has 50% available to our body.
The most available protein source is egg, however by eating a varity of foods at the same time the limiting amino acid can be overcome.
Not very well explained, but then again thats why Im not a lecturer in Food Science. Find a good web site with diagrams and it will all become clear

chicken breast. Just grill it and thats a simple healthy way of getting protein.
Boiled eggs, you can make them in like three minutes!
According to Ask Men.com "If that wasn't enough, egg whites contain the purest form of protein found in whole-foods."
There's your answer!
Quinoa is an excellent veg/vegan source of *complete* protein.
From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quinoa
This crop has come to be highly appreciated for its nutritional value, as its protein content is very high (12%–18%). Unlike wheat or rice (which are low in lysine), quinoa contains a balanced set of essential amino acids for humans, making it an unusually complete food. This means it takes less quinoa protein to meet one's needs than wheat protein. It is a good source of dietary fiber and phosphorus and is high in magnesium and iron. Quinoa is gluten free and considered easy to digest.
Boneless 97% fat free Chicken breast: 40grams
Wolf Brand Turkey Chili 44grams per can
The protein in eggs is 100% bioavailable. As far as I know, it is the only food that has a 100 percent rating.
Egss, which lucky for me my flex veg diet allows me to consume in moderation for a well balanced diet with no awkward social stigmas.
Eggs and oily fish.
Soya mince is 37% protein and the algae spirulina is over 40% protein. Soya products have the added advantage of being complete protein (all amino acids).
Nuts if you're vegetarian, readily available, can eat them at any time even keep a packet in your pocket.
Wheat Gluten is about 80% protein and you can make excellent meat alternatives with it. Tofu is also another great source of protein at around 15%... may not seem like much but the amount of absorbable protein is greater than in meat.
