sweet williams "milk chocolate" is made with soy and cacao. It comes in almond and sugar free too. You can buy it from most health food shops. It tastes quite nice too. =)

If you buy a different product, make sure you look at the label and it contains cocoa butter --otherwise it is imitation white chocolate that is of lower quality and doesn't taste as good.
