What's for dinner on Sunday?!

Question: Hello vegans and vegetarians! I was just curious - for those of you who celebrate Easter - what are you fixing for dinner?

I was thinking about some "beef" and broccoli (using Seitan), but I'm not sure. I might prepare some burritos or tacos instead.
:-)

I'm having my family over for Easter. I've been agonizing over the menu, but I think this is what I've decided.

*Portabella and artichoke streudel in puff pastry
*Steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with onion herb gravy
*Egyptian rice (brown rice, lentils, garbanzos, onions, macaroni lightly stirfried in peanut oil with lots of pepper)
*Rosemary dill rolls
*Baked Apples and Pears and/or fresh pineapple and strawberries

Another holiday another nightmare. I'm gonna take some food with me to the family's house. I'm probably going to take some Red Lentil Soup, Garlic Ranch Bread, and Cranberry Potato dumplings but I'm not entirely sure yet.

I didnt even know easter was coming up. just like i forgot st patty's day yesterday. i dont really care about holidays, i'll just eat whatevers available

I am making a WHOLE bunch of stuff.. Roasted corn.. mashed sweet and regular potatoes.. Blue cheese portabella mushroom caps... (I'm lacto) Steamed carrots.. and a vegan white cake in the shape of a bunny...

hi going to my mums, she does wicked crispy roast potatoes, roast parsnips, turnips, swede, carrots, curly kale, cauliflower and baked mushrooms! a little bit of everything, with swedish glace icecream for sweet!
hapy easter!

I will be biting off the heads off of a dozen cute bunnies

...the dark chocolate kind.

My family will probably cook enough ham to feed 20 people. Me, being the agnostic/commie/rabble-rouser of the bunch, will probably only have some foliage to chew on while the rest of the family pigs out... literally.

Glazed ham, mac & cheese, green beans w/ almonds and bacon, garlic butter rolls with blueberry cheesecake.

Can't wait , I am preparing Lamb Shanks , Garlic Mashed Potatoes , Sauteed Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce and a Creme Brule for Dessert , Yummers
